Free Email Deliverability Test
One page test that runs all authentication and reputation checks together.
What This Tool Checks
This email deliverability test runs all the critical checks that determine whether your cold emails will reach the inbox, combined into a single comprehensive evaluation. Instead of running separate tools for each check, this deliverability checker gives you an spf dkim dmarc check free and combined. It tests everything at once and gives you a consolidated result. It is the single page email delivery test you should run before every new campaign, after DNS changes, or when diagnosing a deliverability drop.
This is the email infrastructure score checker you can use to check email deliverability free before any campaign. The test evaluates your sending domain across five categories: SPF authentication, DKIM signing, DMARC policy and alignment, blacklist status across major providers, and email content quality. Each category receives a pass or fail status with specific details about what was found and what needs to be fixed. The combined result gives you an inbox placement test that reflects how email providers will evaluate your messages.
What Each Check Covers
SPF Verification
Confirms your domain has a valid SPF record, checks that your sending providers are included, counts DNS lookups to verify you are within the 10 lookup limit, and validates the record syntax. A failing SPF check here means receiving servers cannot verify you as an authorized sender. Use the SPF Checker for detailed diagnosis if this check fails.
DKIM Verification
Checks that your domain has DKIM records published and that they resolve correctly. Verifies the selector is valid and the public key is accessible. If DKIM is not configured, your emails lack the cryptographic signature that proves they were not altered in transit. The DKIM Checker provides specific troubleshooting if this check fails.
DMARC Verification
Confirms a DMARC record exists at _dmarc.yourdomain.com, validates the policy setting, and checks whether a reporting address is configured. A missing or misconfigured DMARC record means email providers cannot enforce your authentication policy. The DMARC Checker offers detailed record analysis.
Blacklist Scan
Queries your domain and sending IP against Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, SORBS, and other major blacklists. Any listing is flagged with the specific blacklist name and the severity of impact. Blacklist listings cause immediate deliverability damage and should be addressed before sending any campaigns.
Content Analysis
If you include your email content in the test, the tool scans for spam trigger words, evaluates formatting, checks link count, and assesses overall content quality. This catches the content level issues that can trigger spam filters even when your authentication and reputation are clean. The Spam Checker provides a deeper content focused analysis.
When to Run This Test
Run the deliverability test before launching any new campaign, after making DNS changes to your sending domain, after connecting a new sending provider, when you notice open rates declining, or after recovering from a blacklisting or reputation issue. The test takes seconds to run and catches problems that would otherwise show up as failed campaigns and wasted sending reputation.
Automated Testing with EmailQo
Running manual deliverability tests before every campaign requires discipline and is easy to forget. EmailQo automates this by running inbox health checks before every send. These checks cover all five categories above: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists, and content. If any check fails, the issue is flagged before your campaign goes out. Every plan includes these automated pre send checks, turning what would be a manual testing process into a built in quality gate for every campaign.
