Do you charge per email?

No. You pay a flat monthly fee to EmailQo regardless of how many emails you send. AWS SES charges separately at around $0.10 per 1,000 emails, billed directly to your own AWS account. EmailQo never marks this up.

Do I need an AWS account to use EmailQo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. That is actually the point. Your emails go through your own Amazon SES account, not a shared pool. This means your sending reputation belongs to you. The setup wizard takes under 5 minutes and walks you through every step, including creating the right IAM keys.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your EmailQo account is deactivated at the end of your billing period. Your AWS SES account, your domain reputation, and all your sending history stays completely yours. We do not hold anything hostage.

No. Sign up with just an email address. We only ask for payment details when you decide to continue after the 7-day trial.
